The apartment is available as a short term holiday let in the area of Villamartin with the nearest Town being Torrevieja and there are 2 major airports both of which are around 40mins away Alicante and Murcia International. Ryanair & easyjet fly regularly to both airports from most airports in the UK.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing family holiday with lots to do or a golfing holiday we have it all for you to enjoy.

There are 8 other apartments in our complex and our apartment is located on the ground floor.

Our Poolside apartment is available to be rented either as:

2 bedroom / 1 bathroom = 1 to 4 people (No Access To Master Bedroom & On Suite)

3 bedroom / 2 bathroom = 5 to 6 people

There is convenient parking just to the rear of the apartment and also a wonderful communal swimming pool with child splash area located right next to the apartment behind a locked gate for safety. 

Our online booking is available 24/7 & has been designed to be safe and easy to use where you can check availability and pricing very quickly.

Once you are ready, you can book through our online booking system by securely using PayPal where you can choose Credit/Debit card if you do not have a PayPal account.

We take a 25% deposit that confirms your booking with the balance paid on arrival.

All deposits are 100% guaranteed fully refundable & FREE transfer to any available date if needed.

After you are all booked with your chosen dates you will be sent a automatic confirmation email explaining everything about your stay.

Our key holder will contact you before your booking is due to start to take your flight details so they can track your flight and meet you at the property on arrival.
